UNIGIT is an universal rigorous grating solver based on the RCWA, C-method (coordinate transformation) and the RF (Rayleigh-Fourier) method. There are four different solvers implemented:

- RCWA/RF based for 1D classical mount including slanted layers ;
- RCWA/RF based for 1D conical mount including slanted layers ;
- RCWA/RF based for 2D +accelerators ;
- C-method based for non-parallel multilayer gratings.

New:

UNIGIT version v.2.02.01 alpha is available now. The new features are batch processing , a new multilayer slicer , a new option for the passing of 2 parameters to the exe kernels, the dynamic order option for wavelength loops, the direct input of blaze and trapezoidal profiles and much more.

All previously installed features are also available such as the cross section viewer , the color coding option for materials and n&k files, the slanted grating extension for 1D RCWA, the Python link , the parallelization by multi-processing , a symmetry accelerator for symmetric 2D setups, the C-method solver for 1D non-parallel multilayer gratings, the fast diffraction angles computation and a file controlled flexible looping .
